HEMOSPONGE® Film is a thin haemostatic material designed for procedures where conventional large sponges are difficult to place, such as laminectomy. It is suitable for thoracic, ocular, and neurosurgical applications and is available in various sizes with thicknesses ranging from 0.75 to 1.00 mm.

Its lack of blood supply and prolonged degradation rate make it particularly suitable for ocular and cranial surgeries, where it may help reduce tissue adhesions and support effective surgical management.
